Bouzy Rouge

Elaborated exclusively from grapes harvested in the best plots in Bouzy and only in the best years, this red wine, shows itself at the height of the reputation. The nose is intense: it delivers notes of cinnamon, leather and black fruit such as blackberries and blueberries that evolve on sour cherry and liquorice.

The attack is frank. We find the notes of sour cherry with soft and silky tannins. The barrel ageing gives it elegance and body with smoky and toasted notes. Length in the mouth.

Beautiful expression of pinot noir from Champagne region, this wine can be enjoyed from now on during a meal to accompany light dishes but also with cheeses.
