Rosé Saint Eloi Grand Cru

Elegance and Generous

The Rosé Saint Éloi cuvée combines elegance and delicacy. The grapes are harvested exclusively in Bouzy, classified as a 100% Grand Cru.

The rosé de saignée technique consists of leaving the must to macerate with the grape skins to give the juice the desired colour and aromas. Champagne rosé de saignée is rarer.

This prestige cuvée stands out for its deep garnet hue that contrasts with the whiteness of the bubbles.
The nose immediately transports us with its fullness and generosity. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry jam and blood orange emanate from this champagne.
The palate is round and delicious, underpinned by a superb tannic structure. The wine is dense and long, with hints of candied cherries.
