Rosé Saint Eloi Grand Cru

31,00

Harvested exclusively in Bouzy, Grand Cru 100%.

The technique of the rosé de saignée consists in letting macerate the juice with the skin of the grapes, in order to obtain the desired colour and aromatic components in the wine.

The rosé champagne elaborated by maceration is more rare. It has a more intense colour with a richer expression compared to the rosé champagne by blending.

This saignée method rosé has a beautiful shade of garnet sustained with copper reflections.
The nose is very powerful and generous.

It reveals notes of evolution, aromas of fruits to the brandy, of stone fruits, mainly cherry, but also of dried fruits, dates, nuts. The attack is rich and structured.

The palate reveals beautiful tannins on a wine complex. It is concentrated, fleshy, highlighted by a refined effervescence.

The finish, very persistent, retains its fruit notes and a remarkable length.
