Rosé Brut

The colour of this rosé by blending is bright, pale pink with salmon highlights.
The nose is very pleasant. On the first nose, we find citrus fruit such as bloody orange, raspberry and crushed strawberry.

On the palace, the attack is frank and lively. Fresh and slightly fruity mouth. The finish is lingering on small red fruit notes.

This rosé can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or with thin slices of raw ham or cured salmon.
